For Prepaid SIM

  • Pakistani Citizens
    • Biometric Verification is Mandatory
    • Copy of CNIC required
  • Foreigners: Original Passport (with valid visa)
  • Overseas Pakistanis: NICOP
  • Afghan Citizens: NADRA issued Afghan Card required (Biometric Verification Mandatory)

For Postpaid SIM

  • In addition to the above, CSAF Form and deposit based on Package plan/access level is required, minimum amount required is PKR 1200
  • Agreement Form (in case of MNP) or as per promotion, if any
  • Customers can call over 111 helpline for Postpaid SIM purchase through our BDO (Business Development Officers)

For Prepaid, dial *111# (Charges 12 paisa)

Postpaid customers can dial *1111# (FOC) or B to 300 (Rs.2.5+tax)

Prepaid customers can dial *442# and Postpaid customers can dial *443#

GPRS Settings are automatically sent the first time you insert Jazz SIM handset. You can also retrieve the settings by sending “GPRS” to 7342 through SMS

Prepaid customers can send blank or any SMS to 7050 (after 9:30 am) to get their previous day’s usage details. Moreover, SMS to 6611 will give you a list of value added services active on your number to check deduction reasons, and to unsubscribe unwanted VAS.

Postpaid customer can dial *1111# to check outstanding bill, remaining free MB/Minutes/SMS
