What are the charges?

Monthly Package-Postpaid: Rs. 20 /30 days

Is the product available for Prepaid & Postpaid users both?

Yes, Prepaid users can avail the weekly package and Postpaid users can avail the monthly package.

Is the service available for both Champions & Non-Champions users?

Yes, the service is on auto-recursion for Non-Champions users and Champion users will have to opt-in every time.

What is the form of service content?

It includes videos of all the categories.

What are the data charges for WAP/WEB?

Streaming is free of cost.

What if the user doesn’t have enough balance?

User can’t use the service in case of insufficient balance.

What is the recursion process?

The service is recursive for Non-Champions Package & non-recursive for Champions Package.

  • Unwanted and unethical (unreasonable) messages can be reported by texting SENDER’s NUMBER (SPACE) message to 9000 –PTA
  • In light of recent orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Sales Tax and Advance Income Tax are not being collected from Postpaid Consumers in Pakistan w.e.f. 16th Oct 2018. The tax amount mentioned in the bill (if any) is related to the amounts incurred upto 15th Oct 2018.
