Prepaid Handset Installment Plan

Offer:

  • Upgrade to a new smartphone on Installments
  • Pay in monthly Installments from your account balance
  • Dial *887*1# to check eligibility
  • To check eligibility , customer will dial *887*1# from his/her prepaid number
  • To avail offer customer will visit Jazz Business Centers
  • Customer will provide his/her mobile number for eligibility check on the Vendor portal
  • After sales entry, agent will provide customers with printed copy of the contract and handset.
  • Customer will be charged on a 30 day billing cycle
  • All deduction will be made directly from the main account
  • In case of non-payment, customer’s IMIE will be blocked on all networks and SIM will be suspended till payment is cleared
  • Offer valid for existing prepaid customer’s from Jazz and Warid

Charging Mechanics:

  • 30 day Billing cycle will start from the date of purchase.
  • Customer will receive bill reminders on 27th, 28th and 29th day of billing cycle
  • If a customer pays his dues within the due dates, the monthly cycle will not be affected
  • For every successful charging customer will be notified through an SMS
  • Customer can also check all of his installment details by dialing the USSD *887#
  • Daily prorated charging will occur if customer does not pay their bills within due dates

Eligibility:

  • Eligibility criteria is based on recharge history , age on network and amount of balance maintained
  • Customer must be a Prepaid user with more than 6 months of tenure and must meet the eligibility requirements set by IMPK (PVT) LTD
  • IMPK (PVT) LTD shall be entitled to disallow/refuse any application for device installment, without assigning any reason whatsoever

Ownership

  • Handsets/ Devices will remain under the ownership of IMPK (PVT) LTD till the customer completely clears his pending due amount at any stage of the contract

Payments Process and Billing

  • Customer’s billing cycle is 30 days from the date of sale
  • Customer will pay installments on their due dates as set out in the Installment Plan (to be deducted from main account balance)
  • The monthly installment is calculated based on applicable taxes at the time of the sale and may vary and be applied to the user during the term of contract only if such taxes are revised.
  • Daily deductions from main balance may apply with a rollover from previous dates in cases customer fails to clear dues on time
  • In case of non-payment of bill and Customer’s MSISDN and all SIM services will be suspended, the Device will be blocked and non-operational on all networks,

Warranty & After sales

  • In case of theft / Loss or damage, Jazz and IMPK (PVT) LTD are not liable for the loss or damage of the Device
  • After sales service and warranties will be provided by IMPK in accordance with the terms and provisions details stated in the Warranty card
  • Handset replacement will only be entertained for Devices if the handset / devices received has manufacturing defect and malfunctioning or dead on arrival cases. All such cases should be reported with 3 working days otherwise handset will not be considered for replacement
  • Customers availing the offer cannot port out, transfer or change ownership of the Device or convert connection type (from Postpaid to Prepaid or from Prepaid to Postpaid) for the entire installment term
  • Device’s IMEI will be locked to the MSISDN, and can be use on same MSISDN until all Installments have been fully paid on their due dates.
  • Within the installment plan term, users can port out or discontinue use of their Device Plan after fully paying for pending dues
